My Background
After growing up in the Chicago suburbs, I graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1999 and then completed a Master of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis in 2002. For more than 20 years I have worked in non-profits and private settings, providing support and treatment for people of all ages. I have lived and worked in Seattle, New Orleans, and Houston, and now am back home in the Chicago area. In my free time, I love to travel, cook, practice yoga, and spend time outdoors with my husband and dog Steve.
My Mission
I am passionate about emotional well being! Every person has unique needs and I work to understand and support each of them. Using practical approaches, I strive to help each person find relief, balance, and acceptance in their own lives.
